Ready to learn how the famous Turkish ‘meze’s are prepared and then taste some? Here is your chance!
This Turkish cooking class takes place in a cute, vegetarian-friendly restaurant that is located on one of the most picturesque streets of Beyoğlu area. The restaurant is located in the artsy Çukurcuma Neighborhood.
This is the place where you see beautiful early 20th century European style buildings, cute cafe’s, artist workshops, designer and second hand furniture stores.
Owner of the restaurant who is fluent in English will give you background information on Turkish cuisine and then fill you up on the details of cooking the Turkish way!
You will see each step of the cooking process starting from peeling and slicing of the ingredients and ending with decoration of the meal! Your instructor will spare you time to take notes as you go through the class.
You can enjoy the class with a cup of tea, Turkish coffee or some wine.
After the meal is prepared, you will sit down for a delicious meal with Turkish ‘meze’s. ‘Afiyet olsun’ as we say in Turkish!
